STUDIO LIFE IN RURAL QUEBEC

Well helllllo to my first ever blog post!

You know people who mention how there aren’t enough hours in a day. …. That’s pre-t-t-y- much the feeling every entrepreneur out there can relate to sometimes. Uh, too often for our own damn good I’d say!

When I started this freelance gig my sole mission was to help small businesses grow. Fast forward five years and AT LAST, I’m finally taking the time to jot down some things - here as a resource that my fellow designers + slow preneurs out there.

First things first it’d like to welcome you to my creative abode - my studio isn’t like any studio out there and I’d really like to share with you the feeling that it is to work in rural Quebec on a hundred acre farm. Being absolutely immersed in the elements, drawing by the moonlight and to the wolves howling. Or simply waking up in this magical forest everyday. Tag along and let’s see what kind of community we can build together!

This cabin is a quaint 12’ x 24’ little shack that I built two years ago with my partner at the time. It took a whole two months and this summer I will be finishing the last few details ie. facia and paint :)

Subjects on the agenda:

① DESIGN

② CODING - HTML & CSS tricks for Squarespace

③ MARKETING

④ SMALL BUSINESS LOVE

⑤ SELF CARE

⑥ FARM LIFE
